When can I check in?

Arrival is possible from 2 p.m. If you arrive earlier, please feel free to contact us. If the accommodation is free, you can also purchase it earlier.

Until when do I have to check out?

Departure should be by 10 a.m. You can leave your luggage with us until you leave.

Can I have breakfast at Haus Täli?

No, we do not offer breakfast. It is possible to book breakfast in the neighboring guesthouse and also take it (approx. 18 euros per person per day). We also offer a daily bread roll service.

Are short stays possible?

Yes. We would like to ask you to contact us by phone. Then we can consider together whether and when a short stay would be possible.

I travel with children. What is available in the apartments?

We are happy to provide you with a children's chair and bed.

Are there any discounts for children?

Our prices are not per person, but per apartment or per room.

Are there parking spaces for guests?

Yes, each guest has ONE free parking space per apartment.

 

Remark: If, for example, 3 people stay in one apartment and everybody arrives with his/her own car, we can unfortunately guarantee only one parking space.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.

Is there Wi-Fi in the room/house?

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house.

Are the prices per person or per apartment?

Prices are per apartment/night and room/night.

How can I book an apartment?

You can book directly through our website (best price guarantee). Our apartments  can also be booked via well-known booking portals.

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment options: credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), debit card and cash, bank transfer.

What are the hygiene measures in the hotel?

  • Daily cleaning and disinfection of all public areas
  • Disinfection dispenser in all public areas
  • Disinfection of the rooms before your arrival
  • Daily airing with fresh Lecher mountain air
  • Regular testing of the entire host family

I am an allergy sufferer. Can I still stay with you?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with allergy beds.

Can toboggan or bob be borrowed?

We have bobs for our guests for the toboggan run.

Where can I place my skis?

There is a ski storage room in the hotel. A ski waxing facility is available in the house.

Is there a sun terrace for guests?

Yes, we have a sun terrace for our guests. There guests will also find loungers and chairs.

Is there a boot dryer?

Yes, we have a ski boot dryer in the ski room, which can be used free of charge by guests.

Are there rooms with disabled facilities?

No, our house is unfortunately not completely barrier-free. If in doubt, please contact us.

Are there smoking rooms or smoking areas?

Haus Täli is a non-smoking property. Smokers can go outside (there are also ashtrays).

How do I get to or from the train station?

The stations Langen am Arlberg (15 km) and St. Anton am Arlberg (20 km) are both well connected to Lech. From three you can take public buses to our place. Of course, there is also a taxi service there.

How do I get to or from the airport?

Arlberg-Express offers a shuttle service to and from Zurich Airport.

How far away is the nearest supermarket?

The nearest supermarket is a ten-minute walk away.

How far away is the nearest ski lift?

You can ski directly from Haus Täli to the Schlosskopflift. The Lech-Oberlech cable car and the Schlegelkopf lift are also a five-minute walk away.

Can I ski to the property in winter?

Yes! There are two ways to get back:

  • the legendary ski route Langer Zug (only for experienced skiers): turn off directly to our house;
  • from the Schlosskopf lift on foot back to the house (approx. 5 minutes)

How far away is the ski school?

The ski school collection area (also for children) is less than a five minute walk away.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
  • From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the tour price.
  • From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 80%.
  • In case of cancellation within one week before arrival we charge 90%.

Exception: You can cancel free of charge if Lech or your place of residence is under quarantine during the time of your planned holiday or a holiday in Lech is not possible due to an official order.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance! With the travel cancellation insurance “Hotelstorno-Plus”, which you can gladly take out through us, you are on the safe side from € 50,- per apartment and week.
NEW: Full reimbursement of costs in case of cancellation or interruption of the trip also in case of COVID-19 illness (more information).
