When can I check in?

Arrival is possible from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier, please feel free to contact us. If the accommodation is free, you can move in earlier. Attention: If you arrive after 6 pm, please inform us.

Until when do I have to check out?

Departure should be by 10 am. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us until you depart.

Can I have breakfast at Haus Täli?

No, we do not offer breakfast. There is a daily bread service (order by 6 pm the night before). On request and depending on availability, there is a breakfast possibility in the neighboring pension (€ 18,00/person) against advance reservation.

Are short stays possible?

Yes. We would like to ask you to contact us by phone for this purpose. Then we can gladly consider together if and when a short stay would be possible.

I travel with children. What is available in the apartments?

We are happy to provide you with a children’s chair and bed.

Are there any discounts for children?

Our prices are not per person, but per apartment.

Are there parking spaces for guests?

Yes, ONE free parking space is available per APARTMENT.

Note: If, for example, there are 3 people staying in one apartment and they all arrive by their own car, unfortunately we can only guarantee one place.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons (consideration for allergy sufferers).

Is there Wi-Fi in the room/house?

Yes, fast wifi is available throughout the house free of charge.

Are the prices per person or per room/apartment?

The prices are per apartment/night.

How can I book a room or apartment?

You can book directly through our website(best price guarantee). Our apartments can also be booked through well-known booking portals(

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods: Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), EC card and cash payment, bank transfer.

I am an allergy sufferer. Can I still stay with you?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with allergy beds.

Can toboggan or bob be borrowed?

We have bobs for our guests for the toboggan run.

Where can I place my skis?

In the house there is a ski room. A ski waxing facility is also available.

Is there a boot dryer?

Yes, we have a ski boot dryer in the boot room.

Is there a sun terrace for guests?

Yes, we have a sun terrace for our guests. There guests will also find loungers and chairs.

Are there rooms with disabled facilities?

No, unfortunately our house is not completely barrier-free. In case of doubt, please contact us.

Are there smoking rooms or smoking areas?

Haus Täli is a non-smoking accommodation. Smokers can go outside (there are also ashtrays).

How do I get to or from the train station?

The stations Langen am Arlberg (15 km) and St. Anton am Arlberg (20 km) are both well connected to Lech. From three you can take public buses to our place. Of course, there is also a taxi service there.

How do I get to or from the airport?

The company Arlberg-Express offers a shuttle service to and from Zurich Airport.

How far away is the nearest supermarket?

The nearest supermarket is a ten-minute walk away.

How far away is the nearest ski lift?

You can ski directly from Haus Täli to the Schlosskopf lift. The Lech-Oberlech mountain railroad and the Schlegelkopf lift are also a five-minute walk away.

Can I ski to the property in winter?

Yes! For the way back you have two options:

  • the legendary ski run Langer Zug (only for experienced skiers): Branch off directly to our house;
  • from the castle head back to the house on foot (about 5 minutes)
How far away is the ski school?

The ski school meeting point (also for children) is less than five minutes walk away.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
  • From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the tour price.
  • From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 80%.
  • Cancellation within one week prior to arrival or no-show will be charged at 100%.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance! With the travel cancellation insurance “Hotelstorno-Plus”, which you can gladly take out through us, you are on the safe side from € 50,- per apartment and week.

Can you recommend travel cancellation insurance?

Yes, we have had good experiences with Europäische Reiseversicherung. Here you can find more information
