- RESA WANTS cosmetic products (local natural cosmetics with herbs from the mountains – from Lech am Arlberg)
- Windows fitted with pleated blinds – day & night (can be completely darkened)
- Kitchenette with 4-ring induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso capsule machine (capsules are available in the apartment)
- Cosy dining area for up to 4 people
- South-facing balcony
- Fast Internet (WLAN) – free of charge

- Cleaning of apartments (except kitchen): every 2. day
- There is ONE free parking space per APARTMENT.
- Daily bread service (order until 6 pm the night before)
