Covid 19 - Information
Dear guests,
we have put a lot of thought into how you can enjoy a beautiful, carefree – and above all: safe – holiday with us. Your safety is close to our hearts!
We have taken comprehensive safety and hygiene measures to ensure you have the most carefree vacation possible:
- As of Monday, November 8, 2021, the 2-G rule will apply to your stay with us at the hotel
2-G rule: This means that only those who have been vaccinated or have recovered will have access. This rule applies to children 12 years and older. - This applies in particular to guests of lodging establishments, catering establishments, leisure and sports facilities and cultural institutions.
- Before your arrival, please also inform yourself about the current entry requirements as well as the regulations in the Ski Arlberg ski area.
- Our staff has been extensively trained on safety and hygiene. In addition, they and also the whole family are subjected to a Covid-19-PCR test every week.
- Cleanliness is our top priority: We pay close attention to area-wide basic cleaning and disinfection.
- In all public areas and also in your apartment you will find an exclusive disinfectant for your stay.
Especially important is the aspect of self-responsibility: We ask you emphatically to observe the hygiene and distance rules to other guests and staff and to wash and disinfect your hands regularly.

- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the tour price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 80%.
- In case of cancellation within one week before arrival we charge 90%.
Exception: You can cancel free of charge if Lech or your place of residence is under quarantine during the time of your planned holiday or a holiday in Lech is not possible due to an official order.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance! With the travel cancellation insurance “Hotelstorno-Plus”, which you can gladly take out through us, you are on the safe side from € 50,- per apartment and week.
